Most of these reviews believe that the excess of tweens is the main problem in this flash. personally, I really dont mind all the tweens since I just see them as another method of animation.
that being said this is an example of how NOT to use them.
you should combine some of your knowledge about frame by frame animation with your knowledge of tweens, and deliver the movements in a visually pleasing way. Or...You could still tween everything and make it look nice if you know what youre doing, trying to mimic the movements of real living things.
Try to look at yourself in the mirror and watch the poses your body takes before going down n dirty with animation.
Some of your shading is confusing. define a light source and stick to it! dont add shadows everywhere just to add "detail" (I used to do this a lot and believe me your drawings will look 50000 better if you learn that sometimes you dont need shadows for something to look right. At the moment, it looks like, well, something a typical newgrounder would make.
I didnt enjoy the jokes tbh!
