Out of all the cartoons youve done this is the one that has made me laugh the most.

I dont hate most stick animations, yet I do stay away from them because I know exactly what they are going to be like. theres a lot of conventions/cliches in that flash animation genre.

and I feel this was a lot different. It had plenty of creatyve stuff in it!

Really nice animation. Very well staged. Its a shame the character designs are, well, sticks. A bit more work on them would kick a lot of ass.

My favorite part... haha. Well lets not spoil it for the rest of the people but I think what happens with the bullets and the katana has to be one of the most cartoonishly enjoyable kills ive ever seen in any film/cartoon. kudos to you!

Also you are a genious the lighting in the dance club was incredibly well executed.

Erratic framerate AAAA

I have no idea how you did it but you somehow found a way to fuck up the framerate in flash without making a cartoon that is graphically intense.

what is going on in your fla. file?

I practically couldnt see your cartoon. I opened it up in different ways to make sure it wasnt just my computer (wich is pretty crappy, but can perfectly play flash cartoons) but nothing worked.

The only thing I remember from the whole thing are the oddly looking characters, the tweens in their bodies that magically make flash go insanely slow, the grocery store that looks suspiciously traced over theKwikie mart

and finally, what I believe was a dumb lazer joke at the end, wich didnt play properly anyway because, again, the framerate was fucked beyond repair).

I really wish I could help you but I have never seen anyone mess up that way.

My closest guess is that you are using an outdated version of flash. I dunno

I'm real sorry that your having trouble with it my best guess would be that maybe your flash player is out of date.

I used Adobe Flash CS4 to make this so i don't think it's a problem on my end again i'm sorry

Beautifully done! I like the 2 replay buttons. Good stuff. Nicelly animated and has an adequate lenght.

I ALMOST want to take off a point for using boobs in the icon as a pull. I think it is very low and, well, stupid. I think its just a cheap trick to get more hits in your cartoon. But ill forgive it this time. I mean i really cant blame you for it.

Ok.

when I know Im not going to enjoy the humor or a flash cartoon, I turn the volume down and focus on other aspects of it.

For starters I think you should learn how to apply shadows properly in your drawings instead of plastering them all over the place to add "detail". Its not that hard once you practice a bit but first you have to realize Why they look so weird. They are unecessary, and they dont add any depth to the scenes.

Second of all, a mouth is not a black butterfly that flops over a persons face. Just adding a bit of chin motion would instantly make that effect more convincing.

I dont know if I should keep on with my critique because I suspect you will tell me that a) im gay and you dont care, or b) that you dont want to be an cartoonist/animator/etc and therefore you are excused from all of this.

Something that also caught my attention... was how predictable it all was. As soon as I saw the mushrooms I knew exactly what the rest of the cartoon was going to be like. I kept watching. My guess wasnt bad.

Lastly, I... I dont see WHY people find this funny. Why is it that so many kids think that yelling into a microphone and "making an angry voice" is funny?

The animation was bad. It wasnt HORRIBLE but there wasnt much to it either.
That being said the logo at the end did play like a real valve intro but thats not much of a challenge once you have an arsenal of filters at your disposition

when the thing started loading an ad with the star wars theme music started to play and I was like "oh hes going to combine halo reach and star wars ok cool".

Ok

I found this hilarious. AND very very very well done. Some pretty darn nice animations will be found here. I love how it somewhat doesnt have much to do with the game itself (you could have made this movie without playing it).
it was not about the game, it was about the gamer´s reactions to it. I found it very funny because me and my roomie are exactly like this whenever we play halo and we do get very energetic about it.

I love that small sequence where they cant put in the disc
