I really like your character designs hans they have that weird mix between old fashioned and modern art that I cant quite decypher.

The anatomy itself is pretty good in the sense of an even more chartoony looking mastermind design. I would suggest perhaps keeping the more obscure shading? it was an aspect of your series that I always liked for some reason.
