I dont know why you say youre bad at sprites! Youre even better than me! ANd I have 10 dang movies!
Youre right.. It was a dumb ending.... Toad just stand out and he got his head cut in 2!
However I think you need more plot thingies.... for example..
I see that this is very close to Super smash bros. So why not making an ikntro where toad was a candidate for that game, But thanks to mario he loses the chance!
Hey... I think I saw something similar before.... Something that was NOT on internet...

Not the best "weird al" video ever

It was somewhat funny. But there are some things that you should really fix...
1.- MArio's mouth moves A lot, and It's over the edge, The thung is that the mouth is bigger than his whole head and It looks horrible.
2.- You should work on some words that finish in U and in O, by drawing a little circle, instead of just a movie cliop with lots of moves.
3.- I Like mario, and weird al, But I think this song wasn't..... APROPIATE for mario and luigi.
What can I say... I just dont think Mario and weird al dont mix.
It was a good try tough. :)

But Im gonna tell you why.
Sprite animations are funny because of one simple reason....
Their plots are stupid and short... Or very violent...They remind people of old videogames.

Another problem is that videogame parodies must have characters the people know already. Adding characters like cream and the others that are not so popular will make people who dont know them more likable to vote 0... ANd we dont want that to happen.

Your flash Is good because It has an interesting plot I dont often find here. The thing of it is that most people are scared by inteligent plots like this one... and I think you made this one too damn long!
Sprites looked good and moved smoothly, I know.. since I am a sprite animator.
The menu.. NO ofense but it looked horrible.. 2 made up in 5 second buttons... You should make SPRITE related buttons.

Anyway Im giving it a 6 not to be abusive.. and expecting a better work from you next time.

Okay, I should do better on the buttons. I definitely need to learn to use sprites better. Anyway, about it being too long: I thought it would be too short!
P.S.:I've seen many videos using less well known carachters. But no offense to you either.

It had the most awesome sprites IVE SEEN AWESOME BG AND ARTwork......
then you (and admit it) just used "carmina burana" song and shit.....
If you could just erase that part where mario flies with that music.... this would be a kick-a!
I rated 8 hoping you fix tese awful errors.
OOh. AND please more effort on those buttons man! qualitiy is not only found on the movie and sprites!

OK you get points for you "Contra" intro

It was somewhat funny but something tells me the sound is not working as it should. This happens to me all the time. On internet, most of the sounds dont mix very well. not like in a PC.
By the way... ALWAYS put a preloader! if you don't do this youl keep people waiting 10 minutes til it loads with NUTIN TO SEE

Yeah. I should have put a preloader on, but I didn't even think of it until it was too late.

That having been said, it's not too late to go back to the .fla file and whip one up, and re-upload. I might do that later tonight.

I set the audio clip to "Stream" so that it will synch up, and it's working fine on my end (except for the closing sound, which SHOULD start at the beginning of the Play Again scene, but starts early--I can't seem to figure that out).

dude why not just downloading a simple flash thingy?
I remember when I made movies like you, out of flash paintings,
I remember the boooring making of all drawings, and I think actually t6his was really good, the onluy thing is that the blood when luigi hits the screen did not look like blood.
Otherwise I expect you to get good reviews, and I wish you luck( as kinda mine) :)
